In order to protect the children who may be in a Head Start for Kent County (HS4KC) program, I understand that I should not include any Personal Identifying Information (PII) that could be used to identify a child who may become, is currently, or was previously enrolled in a HS4KC program.

PII includes information such as a child's name, age/date of birth, street address, names of child's family members, or the site the child is applying for, attending, or has previously attended.

If you need information about a child, a parent or guardian of that child must directly call our Community & Parent Relations Specialist (616‑453‑4145 x2205) and request the information. HS4KC may not confirm nor release any information about any child to anyone besides the parent or guardian of a child.
