Sylvan II
Sylvan II Head Start is nestled in the Plymouth Heights neighborhood, sharing a building with Sylvan Head Start, and Grand Rapids Christian School’s Evergreen Campus, directly across the street from Mulick Park. Sylvan II is an extended year site and currently offers three 3-year-old classrooms and four 4-year-old classrooms. Our students have access to two gyms, 2 playgrounds, a large well maintained field, and a music room.
At Sylvan II Head Start, we provide social services, transportation, food services, and we house the early learning coach specialists. Our friendly, multi-ethnic staff is always available to offer assistance and welcomes family engagement and community partnerships.
